Whitefield Industrials Limited (ASX:WHF) has today announced it will move to a quarterly dividend payment cycle, providing shareholders with more regular fully franked income.
For the quarter ended 30 June 2026, the Company has declared fully franked dividends of:
• 5.25 cents per ordinary share.
• 2.0 cents per 8% preference share.
The ordinary dividend represents an annualised yield of 6.4% inclusive of franking credits, based on the 30 June 2026 share price of $4.72.
Whitefield Chairman and Managing Director Angus Gluskie said the move reflected the value investors place on regular and predictable income.
“Investors increasingly value income that is regular, visible and easier to incorporate into their cash-flow planning. Moving to quarterly dividends gives shareholders more frequent access to fully franked income, while retaining the benefits of Whitefield Industrials’ long-term investment approach.”
The ordinary dividend will be paid on 21 September 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 4 September 2026 and a record date of 7 September 2026.
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan and Dividend Substitution Plan will continue to be available to holders of ordinary shares.
