A differentiated way to invest in Australian shares through a systematic, dividend-focused strategy.

A diversified portfolio of ASX listed shares that is actively managed to generate a high level of income which is distributed to investors as monthly franked dividends.

The strategy utilises Whitefield’s quantitative assessment framework to systematically invest in companies over the statistically faster periods of return generation that occur late in their income earning and dividend payment cycles.

Strategy

Whitefield Income systematically invests in a continuously changing portfolio of approximately 70-100 shares, emphasising stocks as they move through the most favourable times in their income generation and dividend payment cycles to benefit from:

  • The statistically faster patterns of income generation as dividend payments become more certain;
  • The systemic mispricing of dividends and franking credits around dividend ex dates; and
  • Exposure to profitable, cash flow positive, dividend paying businesses.

Whitefield Income uses a quantitative investment infrastructure to gather and assess information on companies’ income generation and dividend payment cycles and on fundamental metrics of value, quality and earning capability. This framework seeks to maximise the efficiency, timeliness and consistency of decision-making while harnessing and making sense of the large amounts of data available in today’s marketplace.

Portfolio

Whitefield Income holds a diversified and actively managed portfolio of ASX listed shares, of which 90% or more must come from stocks within the S&P/ASX300 index.

The Company’s portfolio is designed to provide investors with:

  • A diverse exposure to the long-term growth of the Australian economy driven by Australia’s position as a relatively secure, politically stable, high population growth, high affluence economy;
  • A dynamic exposure that adjusts rapidly to changes in economic and sectoral conditions;
  • A non-market capitalisation weighted exposure that maximises diversity to control risk while emphasising stocks that best allow us to satisfy company objectives.
