Dividends & Reinvestment

Find out about the distribution of dividends and ways to reinvest in Whitefield investment companies.

Dividends

Whitefield investment companies distribute income to investors as dividends.

Dividends are paid by direct credit to your nominated bank account.

Whitefield Industrials issues Dividend Statements with each quarterly dividend payment to shareholders.

Whitefield Income issues Dividend Statements with each monthly dividend and also issues an Annual Dividend Summary showing all dividends paid to you within the financial year.

Dividend statements may also be accessed through the share registry’s online portal.

Reinvesting by buying more shares on market

Reinvesting can be an important element of a wealth accumulation strategy, assuming an investor wants to progressively build their investment capital over time.

An investor looking to progressively increase their shareholding in Whitefield investment companies may do so by purchasing additional shares on market through their stockbroker or share trading platform.

This allows an investor to reinvest at times that suit them best.

Automatic Reinvestment of Dividends*

Whitefield Industrials shareholders may choose to receive additional Whitefield Industrials shares (instead of cash dividends) by participating in the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan or Dividend Substitution Plan.

Shareholders wishing to opt-in to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan or Dividend Substitution Plan must elect to participate in one or other Plan through the share registry online portal.

Before participating in either plan an investor should carefully read the Terms of each Plan, consider the tax implications for their situation and may wish to seek professional advice.

Whitefield Industrials may periodically suspend its Dividend Reinvestment or Substitution Plans for one or more dividend payments. Where this occurs an investor will receive their dividend in cash.
