Whitefield Industrials Ltd is an ASX listed investment company which invests in a diversified portfolio of listed Australian Industrial Shares.

Investment Characteristics

CONCENTRATING ON INDUSTRIALS

Whitefield Industrials invests in ASX listed industrial shares, being all sectors of the ASX other than resources. This approach seeks to benefit from exposure to the long term growth of the Australian economy, the historically lower volatility of companies operating in non-resource industries and has the incidental benefit of lowering exposure to fossil fuel producers and emitters.

A STREAM OF FRANKED DIVIDENDS

Our Ordinary and Preference shares provide investors with a regular stream of franked dividends. Ordinary shareholders are also exposed to the potential for growth in both the dividend and capital value of their shares over time.

INDEX PLUS RETURNS

Our enhanced index portfolio structure seeks to provide investors with returns from exposure to the ASX200 Industrials, potential outperformance from our strategic overweight and underweight positions, while limiting the potential for relative underperformance.
