holds sufficient diversity of securities to ensure that
Whitefield's exposure to any one security or industry
sector is not excessive in comparison to the market and
in relation to Whitefield's total portfolio.
Dividend Policy
Whitefield's dividend policy is
to pay dividends that are approximately similar to its
net operating profit after tax but excluding realised
capital gains. In this way shareholders are able to benefit
from the receipt of a growing and secure stream of income
through the fully franked dividends paid by the company.
Dividends are currently paid each half year.

Whitefield's ongoing Management
Expense Ratio (including all costs of operation) is approximately
0.35% per annum of the average value of gross assets.
Acquiring Shares in Whitefield
Investors may buy shares in Whitefield which trade on the Australian Stock Exchange through a stockbroker.
Whitefield also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan, whereby a shareholder may elect to receive their dividend in shares rather than cash.
